Regarding Player to staff members. (basically how to treat staff members)
-ALL players even other staff members must always treat staff members with respect no matter what the argument, conversation, or even general discussion is about. If you are unhappy with the actions of a staff member please take some screenshots or even a video of what you are accusing the staff member of and then consult an OWNER about it (imhero or phat).
-Also there is no impersonation of staff. If you have the word "mod" "admin" or "owner" in your name you will be given 3 chances to make a new account. If you name is unintentionally related to a staff members name then please consult the staff member that your name is similar too and ask them if you may keep the name. If they say no there will be no complaints or moans you MUST change your name immediately.
Regarding staff to players. (basically how staff should be treating you)
-Before reading this please read the topic before this "Regarding players to staff members".
If you are being mistreated in ways such as harassment, being cursed at, being ignored (only counts if staff has not told you why) and if the staff member is afk or has told you why he/she is ignoring you then that is between you and the staff member to sort out.
Regarding Speech (VERY IMPORTANT!)
-no harassment of other players.
-no cursing toward other players. You may say things such as "skilling is so fucking annoying".
-no talk of illegal drugs or behaviors.
-there will be no one word sentences. (falls under same punishment as spam)
-DO NOT spam or use auto typer. You will be given three warnings before you are muted.
Regarding Scam
-the definition of scam is to be sold an item for more then what it is worth by a significant amount ON HEROSCAPE (no trades through runescape or any other game besides heroscape will be dealt with because it is against the rules).
-If you are sold an item and have payed more then what it is worth by a significant amount you should take a screenshot of the trade and wright down the person's name. (If you have no proof of the scam then there is nothing a staff member can do) Proceed to show a staff member the proof you have and from there the staff member will talk to the scammer and sort the problem out.
Regarding Jail, Mute, Ban
-If you are jailed or muted on your account you may not make another account and try and dodge the penalty. You must do your time (for jail) and if you are muted you must wait it out and if you are permanently muted you must pm a staff member and try and work out a reason for you to be unmuted.
-If you are banned you must deal with it and stop whining. If you wish you may post an appeal on forums to be unbanned. If the appeal is declined then just make a new account and live with it. (whining or arguing will result in an ipban).
Regarding the TokHaar-Kal cape
-Many players have been trying to sell there TokHaar capes to new players who are unaware of how to obtain one of the capes. If you are trying to sell one you must first inform the player you are trying to sell it to about how to get a cape themselves. If they are ok with buying the cape after you have informed them then there is no problem with it.
